Our Step-by-Step Ceramic Coating Process
- Thorough Wash & Decontamination
We begin by performing a complete hand wash and decontamination to remove all dirt, grime, and road film from the surface. Iron and tar removers are used to ensure the paint is completely clean. - Clay Bar Treatment
A clay bar treatment is applied to eliminate embedded contaminants that normal washing cannot remove, resulting in a perfectly smooth surface. - Paint Correction (Polishing Stage)
Next, we polish the vehicle’s paint to remove swirl marks, oxidation, and minor imperfections—enhancing depth and clarity before the coating is applied. - Surface Preparation (Panel Wipe)
We use a specialized alcohol-based cleaner to remove polishing oils and residues. This ensures maximum adhesion between the ceramic coating and the paint surface. - Ceramic Coating Application
A 9H-rated ceramic coating is carefully applied by hand in small sections. The coating chemically bonds to the clear coat, forming a semi-permanent protective layer. - Curing Process
The coating is allowed to cure and harden, locking in the deep gloss and forming a durable, hydrophobic barrier. - Final Inspection & Warranty Registration
After the coating is fully cured, we inspect every panel to ensure an even, flawless finish. Your coating is then registered for warranty coverage, valid for the duration of your selected 1-year or 3-year package. 1-year or 3-year coating. *Please note: To maintain your ceramic coating warranty, a paid exterior or full detail is required annually. At that time, we’ll complete your ceramic coating inspection and reload at no additional charge ($350 value).
